Outside volume reproduction, photography, binding, special handling or similar expenses, if any, are billed at cost. In-house volume copying and faxes are billed at a nominal charge. Auto travel is billed by mileage.

A minimum of eight (8) hours per day, at the applicable personnel rate, plus travel expenses are charged when we work for a single account, 75 miles or more from the PCCI office to which the individual has been permanently assigned.

Deposition time is billed on an hourly basis at twice the hourly rates in the above fee schedule, or $350 per hour, whichever is less.

Accumulated billings will be invoiced on a monthly basis. Interest at the rate of 12% per annum (1% per month) will be charged on invoiced amounts which remain unpaid after 30 days.
